We are so excited to share that Meredith and the work she has done has been recognised by the BBC Make A Difference Awards – Young Heroes category!
She will attend the ceremony on the 9th September to be part of a finalists ceremony – she has such a big personality and it’s been amazing to see the response to her ventures in using social media to raise awareness of Childhood Cancer and her impact in helping us establish a charity in her name!
